At Lost Ancients Jewelry, each piece is crafted, selected, and shipped with care and intention. Due to the one-of-a-kind and handmade nature of our items, including custom jewelry, rough and polished stones, slabs, and crystals, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, such as damage in transit, a missing item, or an incorrect shipment, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@lostancientsjewelry.com. We’re happy to look into the issue and will do what we can to make it right.
In some cases, resolution may involve submitting a claim through our shipping insurance provider. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damaged packaging or item, so please keep all original packaging materials until the matter is resolved.
A few notes:

We do not accept returns for change of mind, color variation due to screen differences, or natural features in stone (e.g., inclusions, cracks, or matrix patterns).
